To register with Jeetwen, you must provide accurate and truthful information. All details — including your name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be correct. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds at any time.

Each individual may operate only one Jeetwen account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

• A valid email address and mobile number must be used at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Cooperation with the KYC verification process is mandatory.

Jeetwen strictly enforces an 18+ policy. During the account verification process, you may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Jeetwen may initiate KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

If a member is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings and deposits will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You can deposit on Jeetwen using local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum single deposit limit varies by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact customer support. We respond to all deposit-related issues within 24 hours.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payments are not accepted, and accounts found to be using them will be suspended.

A fully verified account is required to withdraw from Jeetwen. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes to 48 hours, depending on the payment method and amount.

Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without meeting these requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited. Your original deposit can always be withdrawn, unless suspicious activity is detected.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP level.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Jeetwen offers a variety of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, and more. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Typically, you may need to wager between 10x and 30x the bonus amount within a specified timeframe. Any abuse of bonuses — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent means — will result in permanent account closure.

• Accepting a bonus is optional — you are free to play without one.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Jeetwen reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

All betting activity on Jeetwen is governed by specific rules. Each game and betting market has its own rules, detailed in the relevant section. All Jeetwen games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified, ensuring complete fairness.

In the event of a cancelled event or uncertain outcome, Jeetwen's decision shall be final. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and refunded.

• Betting history is stored in the system and is considered authoritative in the event of a dispute.
• Bets placed in live markets on Sports Betting cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game.
• Jeetwen reserves the right to correct any abnormal odds issued as a result of a system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeetwen platform. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or any attempt to defraud the system as part of a group.
• Using a third party's card or payment account.

Jeetwen reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. In particular, accounts found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or involved in fraud will be closed immediately.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

• Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 72 hours.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will not be reinstated before the designated period ends.
• Data is retained for legal compliance purposes even after an account is closed.

Jeetwen is not liable under any circumstances for losses arising from: internet disruptions, device failures, third-party service outages, or any unforeseen technical issues. Betting is a risk-based activity, and users bear full responsibility for all financial decisions.
